I am 37 y.o. female 2nd year medical student at GWU. I have a son (age 7) who will split his time with me and his father
(who lives in the neighborhood). I am very laid-back, and comfortable with room-mates of a broad range, male or female…
however, due to my academic and parental obligations, am ideally looking for someone with similar commitments to graduate
school or a career. This is an ideal arrangement for INOVA medical residents, non-traditional grad students, or professionals
(will also consider single parent with one child)
Rent:
$885 + a $25 maintenance fee (to be used for lawn maintenance in the spring/summer months). Use of the single car garage
is negotiable, if garaging your vehicle is important to you.
